The business is located in Brooklyn, NY, and serves anyone via telephone. Most of Lane’s current clientele is in the NY area. The owner and CEO, Joy T. Lane, is a trained Life Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, (IPEC) and prefers to be known as an Empowerment Coach.
